Sergent Kevin Leckinger was born and raised in Rochester and joined the family business of being a Rochester Police Officer in 2007. Kevin worked his entire career in patrol, as a Police Officer from 2007 – 2015, and as a Sergeant from 2015 – 2023. As a first line supervisor, Kevin always tried to advocate for his officers. He also has a knack with numbers. Over the years, his reputation with coworkers and with numbers resulted in his election to the Locust Club. In his position as Treasurer, Kevin oversees the money at the Club and spends his days helping members with their questions about pay and pensions.
