Experienced Legal Counsel with a Commitment to Justice

Matthew J. Rich is an attorney with over 20 years of experience.  He is a former Monroe County Assistant District Attorney and has maintained a private practice in Rochester since 2012.  Matt first became involved with Locust Club matters in 2020 as part of the defense team for the officers involved with the Daniel Prude matter and worked with Locust Club members on various matters since that time.  Matt was named Locust Club General Counsel in January 2024.
